How does the commission structure work?+
You earn 20–40% recurring commission on every active patient order, every month. Your rate increases automatically as your referral volume grows — starting at 20% with no minimum requirement. There is no volume floor to start earning. Tier thresholds are provided at onboarding.
What if a patient has a medical question or side effect?+
All medical questions, dosing concerns, and side effect management are handled by the physician team through the 24/7 patient portal. Direct patients there — your involvement ends at the referral.
Do we still earn if a patient moves away?+
Yes. Commission is tied to the patient, not their location or their relationship with your practice. As long as they remain active on a protocol, you earn — even after they've relocated or stopped visiting you.
How long does onboarding take?+
